You agree that the information you provide to Morning Report is accurate, complete, and up to date.
4. Use of Connected DataWhen you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads), you authorize Morning Report to access and retrieve your data strictly for:
• Generating marketing performance reports
• Providing AI-powered insights
• Delivering scheduled and requested reportsWe do not modify, post, or delete any information within your connected accounts.
5. Subscription and BillingMorning Report offers subscription plans with recurring billing. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable plan pricing, billing frequency, and automatic renewal until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
6. DisclaimerMorning Report provides insights based on available data but makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on Morning Report outputs.
7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Report shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law or platform policies (e.g., Google API terms).
9. Modifications to TermsMorning Report reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
