Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build the core experience of Morning Report—data ingestion, AI analysis, and the weekly brief with tasks, audio/video, and Slack delivery. You’ll own features end-to-end: API integrations (GA4, Google Ads, Meta), backend services, scalable data models, and polished UI that teams rely on every Monday.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services for data ingestion, normalization, and reporting
- Implement OAuth flows and robust connectors for GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Search Console, and Slack
- Craft user-facing features: briefs, insights, task tracking, and analyst chat with real-time updates
- Optimize data pipelines for reliability, cost, and latency; add monitoring, retries, and alerting
- Collaborate with Product/Design on specs, deliver incremental value, and measure outcomes
- Write thoughtful tests (unit/integration/e2e) and participate in reviews and standards
- Improve developer experience: CI/CD, feature flags, observability, and security best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years building production web apps (preferably SaaS) with modern JS/TS stacks
- Strong backend experience (Node/TypeScript, Python, or similar) and REST/GraphQL APIs
- Cloud proficiency (GCP/AWS), queues, jobs, and relational databases (Postgres/MySQL)
- Experience with OAuth2, third-party APIs, and handling rate limits & webhooks at scale
- Solid frontend skills (React or similar) and a knack for clean, accessible UX
- Testing mindset, performance awareness, and security fundamentals (authN/Z, secrets)
- Clear communication, product sense, and a bias for shipping iteratively
Nice to have: BigQuery/Looker, event pipelines, Slack apps, video/audio generation, prompt/LLM tooling, and experience hardening multi-tenant architectures.
