Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that grow trials and demos for Morning Report. You’ll own day-to-day execution across paid and organic channels, craft compelling creatives, and turn insights into repeatable playbooks. This role partners closely with Product Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to hit CAC/ROAS goals
- Build and iterate landing pages (Webflow) with clear messaging and CRO best practices
- Own GA4 + Search Console reporting; translate trends into weekly actions and tests
- Create ad copy, short video scripts, and visual briefs; coordinate with design as needed
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and pages; document learnings in playbooks
- Manage email nurtures and in-product prompts with basic segmentation and UTM hygiene
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and attribution; flag anomalies and recommend reallocations
- Collaborate with Sales on lead quality feedback and MQL→SQL conversion improvements
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in performance or growth marketing at a SaaS or B2B company
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic Looker Studio dashboards
- Strong copy chops and comfort briefing designers/editors for ads and LPs
- Working knowledge of Webflow (or similar), basic HTML/CSS a plus
- Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO fundamentals
- Data-driven mindset: can form a hypothesis, run a test, and report outcomes clearly
- Excellent organization and communication; thrives in fast, iterative environments
Nice to have: LinkedIn Ads experience, basic SQL/BigQuery, HubSpot/Braze familiarity, and prior work with Slack integrations.
